A 3-hour course on Saturday, July 20, 2019. This workshop will explore various applications of the liquid paint medium. Splatter, drip and spray painting techniques will be practiced. This course is a good fit for elementary students through middle school age. All art materials are included, as well as a healthy non-allergenic snack. All art classes are personalized based on your child's interests and goals, and are taught by experienced educator Jessi Almstead, from her home studio. - Create an original work in this medium to take home - Apply focused practice to technical skills using various tools - Investigate the properties of color pigment in liquid form, and experiment with a range of transparencies - Express their unique point of view and refine their personal style through the creation of an original piece of artwork - Have fun while learning and reducing stress and anxiety!
